All photos must be received with a candidates official email address. Photos received by personal emails in the Photo Submission will not be accepted for use. All photos submitted must be done with the permission of the candidate and/or Campaign Manager. Photos must be received within a reasonable period of time prior to the Primary and General Election for addition. Reasonable time is determined by NCElection.com
